West Bend Microwave Popcorn Popper Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Saw this popper on America's Test Kitchen. It looked promising. Found it available on Amazon & ordered. What a bargain! It is simple to use. Just measure 1/4 to 1/3 cup of popcorn into popper, put in microwave & set on high from 3 to 5 minutes. No mess or fuss! Popcorn can be flavored with any spice or condiment you like. Clean up by wiping with a paper towel. I'm thinking of buying this popper for Christmas presents!

Progressive International Microwaveable Rice/Pasta Cooker Set Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I bought this product almost a yr ago. Its great for cooking in the dorms where your only appliance is a microwave. I couldnt eat the dorm food and this allowed me to cook pasta in my room. I wish i hadnt lost my package insert, that told me the cooking times for everything, so if anyone else goes out and buys this, do us all a favor and post it, eh? I liked that it gave cooking times for steaming veggies, pasta and rice; I LOVED how easy it was to clean. This is a MUST for any one going away to school, and makes a GREAT graduation gift.

Progressive International Silicone 12 Inch Diameter Microwave Mat Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Fits in the turntable pan of my Sharp R-820 that I ordered from Amazon perfectly. I did expect it to be a little thicker, but that has not seemed to affect its performance. Makes spills and cooked on food easy to clean.

Progressive International GMMC-68 Microwavable S'Mores Maker Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I ordered this for my three kids. We love roasting smores on a campfire but do not get to do that too often. When I saw the low Amazon price, I had my doubts. I was still so excited to try this out. It came in and the kids and I tried it for dessert. It was just as easy as promised. It took only 30 seconds to cook the marshmallows evenly and perfectly. The chocolate doesn't really start melting until you take it out of the microwave which is good. It is less messy that way.
I could not recommend this enough. We use ours very regularly. I have already bought three more as Christmas gifts. Wonderful, simple, inexpensive. What more could you ask for? Go get your own!!

Enjoy delicious s'mores indoors with this easy-to-use contraption--no need to wait until summertime camping trips or gathering with friends around a bonfire at the beach. The nostalgia created with these sweet treats can now be savored any time of year and from the convenience of home. Simply fill the reservoir with water, assemble one or two s'mores on the tray by stacking a piece of chocolate and a marshmallow in between two graham-cracker squares, lower the arms to hold in place, and microwave for up to 30 seconds. The heated water allows the graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate to heat evenly, while the arms prevent the marshmallows from over expanding and overcooking, giving the chocolate time to melt. Be careful when removing the s'more maker from the microwave as the water is hot and can spill. The innovative unit creates consistently perfect s'mores--crisp graham crackers neatly holding together soft marshmallow and melted chocolate. A fun addition to sleep overs or birthday parties, the s'more maker measures approximately 7-1/2 by 6-1/2 by 4 inches and cleans up easily by hand or in the dishwasher.

Progressive International Microwaveable Rice Cooker Set Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I bought this for one reason; so my buddy in the Army who is flying around in the desert can make himself and his crew a meal without them having to walk the damned mile from their quarters to the chow hall.
I researched microwavable rice cookers and this one fit the bill because of 1)price, 2)size (can fit in a very small microwave), and 3) capacity. It also provided good value because of the measuring cup and spoon provided.
I shipped this to Iraq (via USPS APO) along with some bags of Jasmine Rice, Pouches of Chicken breast meat, Cans of Coconut Milk and baby corn, an envelope of "Taste of Thai" peanut sauce mix, and my recipe for "Chicken and Baby Corn in peanut sauce over jasmine rice" (which as you might imagine involved mixing and heating everything but the rice, then dumping it over the rice.)
IT WAS A HUGE HIT, and it's not like these knuckleheads (I say that with all due fondness and respect) can cook. So bottom line, this thing would be perfect for a Soldier in the field or a college student in a dorm room.
