(More customer reviews)I am single and when I cook for one or two I enjoy this Cuisinart Food Processor. It is easy to clean and doesn't take up a lot of space. Excellent for dicing or pureeing tomatoes, herbes, and vegetables from my summer garden for sauces too. When I have extra I just add some olive oil to the batch and instant pesto. I can freeze the pesto for later use. The food processor has plenty of power for those smaller jobs.
