(More customer reviews)I purchased this a couple months ago to use at work (I have a different brand at home that works great) and have used it (or tired to) a couple times a week since. Today, while I was trying to juice a lemon, it broke. I was operating the unit normally, and the top handle couldn't take the pressure, and just broke off, right in my hand.
Other flaws:
1. It doesn't open very far, so you can only put really small lemons or limes in it.
2. The design is flawed - your fingers can get squeezed easily.
3. The construction and material it's made from is too soft, thus the breaking off of the handle in my hand.
I'm going to try to return my broken unit to Amazon, but I would strongly suggest you not waste your money on this one. Get the one that sells for $12 or so - I think it's made by Amco; it's worth the extra money.
