Nesco 4808-14-30 Classic Roaster Oven, 18-Quart, Non-stick Cookwell, Ivory Review
Average Reviews:
(More customer reviews)Our primary use for this great roaster is for cooking the Thanksgiving turkey each year, but it also has a multitude of other uses.
Nesco roasters are such a part of my family's history that I thought everyone owned one. When there were family reunions, we'd see many of these, holding everything from hot potato salad to baked beans, to burgers and brats to keep them warm before the meal starts.
Back to the turkey, however. In the 10 years that my wife and I have been hosting Thanksgiving for our families, we've never had a bad turkey come out of the Nesco. When I hear stories about dried-out birds in standard ovens, I can't relate, since I've never had any need to roast a turkey or ham in the oven.
The Nesco roaster keeps the food moist while cooking evenly. There's not much more you can ask from a roaster, and this does it with ease!
