(More customer reviews)These nifty little pinch bowls are brightly colored and perfect for storing relatively coarse items in your mise en place. The silicone surface of the little bowls, though, is just a little tacky, and I've found that finer condiments like salt and flour stick to the inside of the bowls. These bowls are perfect for a pinch of an herb, but, because of the slight stickiness of the surface, not great for, say, a precise 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Just the right size to hold seasonings such as curry, marjoram, salt and pepper. Also a handy size for a couple of teaspoons of vanilla extract or cooking oil. Fun and colorful, and easy maintenance.
